Consultation responses

Legis will work with you and your clients to prepare a consultation response with legal precision in a way that can be easily digested by government.

Legis will:

  • Respond to local and national government consultations on your behalf and on behalf of your clients.

  • Submit responses with your branding, to ensure you maintain your position as thought leaders in your sectors.

  • Agree the level of ongoing input you would like to have, determined at our initial meeting to establish your main policy objectives. 

  • Help you further demonstrate your commitment to your clients’ businesses, involving them in the consultation response process, holding seminars and interviewing key people in your and their businesses.

  • Present your views on the consultation in writing but also in person, representing you and your clients at Government working group sessions and calls for evidence.

  • Keep you informed as to how the consultation is progressing and ensure you are aware of any further opportunities to the provide input to the discussion.

  • Work with your press and marketing team to write tailored articles and briefings on your behalf relating to the consultation to maximise the impact and profile of your involvement.
